A complete set of spreadsheets which show the economic rationale by which the venture will create, capture, and deliver value. This should include at least 3-years of financial projections.
- Competitive Landscape Analysis
A visualization of the landscape of competitors and alternatives and how your venture fits into it.
- Digital Marketing Funnel
Being able to test messaging and positioning, and develop quantitative metrics on customer acquisition costs, requires having a certain digital infrastructure in place. The 4thly team will help you to build and refine your venture’s initial website, landing page, marketing dashboard, SEO, and small online ad campaigns, at no additional cost to you, using our partner credits with AWS, Google, HubSpot, and Facebook.
- Capital Structure
Your startup will have founders’ stock, plus stock reserved for employees and partners, plus preferred stock held by investors. Through our partnership with Carta and Silicon Valley attorneys, the 4thly team will help you to develop a Cap Table that will help you to drive success for many years.
- Pitch Deck
Every great entrepreneur has the ability to tell a crisp, clear, and compelling story about what she’s working on, and why it matters. You will use this for fundraising but you will also use it for customers, partners, recruiting, and much more. The 4thly team will help you to develop a winning pitch deck for your venture, and you will use it at our Demo Day at the end of the program.
