A special Female Founder cohort in
Silicon Valley’s Zoom-native startup accelerator.
17 Jan – 25 Feb, 2022
For a second year, we will have a special cohort specifically designed for Female Founders. Conducted live via Zoom, the 4thly Startup Accelerator is focused on getting your venture to the next level in an intensive 6-week experience. The program is a unique mix of lectures with assignments, intensive group collaboration with the other women in the cohort, plus 1:1 coaching from the 4thly team.
The program also features an extraordinary range of women guest speakers ranging from venture capitalists to Silicon Valley attorneys who specialize in startup law.
The program culminates in a “Demo Day”, where participants pitch in front of an audience that includes Silicon Valley venture capitalists, executives, and other investors. The program is limited to just 10 startups per cohort, in order to maximize the intensive collaboration.
You keep 100% of your equity.
Unlike many startup accelerators, we do not take any of your startup equity. Instead, you pay a simple program fee. We’re interested in your success, not taking your equity.
No travel required.
Since the program is via Zoom, there is no travel required, so that you continue to focus on your business and other obligations while you participate in the accelerator.
You get a full team.
The program is led by Silicon Valley expert Bret Waters, based on his experience as a Silicon Valley entrepreneur and his years teaching entrepreneurship Stanford University. The 4thly CTO becomes your technical co-founder during the program, the 4thly Project Manager helps you to stay on track and get the resources you need. Plus, an amazing array of guest speakers share knowledge and provide actionable insights.
You will have Zoom meetings 3x/week with the entire group, plus 1:1 meetings with Bret and his team of experts. This mix of group collaboration plus 1:1 coaching is part of what makes the 4thly experience unique.
Cross-pollination is the secret sauce.
The greatest value you get from the program may be from interaction with the other participants. We carefully select participants who we believe will add to the experience for all.
Not just for tech startups.
We always try to admit a balanced cohort consisting of entrepreneurs in many different geographies and sectors.
Demo Day with investors
On the last day of the program we hold a “Demo Day” where each startup delivers their pitch to an audience that includes investors, venture capitalists, and executives from across many sectors.
